Refund/exchange for your item purchase is possible, they are accepted within 7 days of delivery in an unused condition.
We can only offer a refund to the original purchaser, if you would like to request one please fill in the contact form with your reasons of return.
We will get back to you then and send you a confirmation if accepted, please only then send back the item(s) in their original packaging, and following an inspection of the returned good we will issue a refund within 3-5 days,
Unfortunately refunds of any postage and packaging costs involved will not be included. We’re also not responsible whilst the product is in transit, and recommend sending it back signed for.
