Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of ordering.

Worldwide shipping is available - shipping costs are calculated when your delivery country is selected at checkout.

Standard delivery within the UK is £3.95 for Royal Mail second class, free delivery for orders over £50. If you need an item very urgently then please contact me hello@vivyapp.com and we can arrange a different delivery service to get the item to you sooner.

For international shipping, it will be with Royal Mail International Tracked, and postage will be calculated at checkout. Shipping to Europe can take 3-5 working days and the rest of the world 6-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable.

Returns

Refund/exchange for your item purchase is possible, they are accepted within 7 days of delivery in an unused condition.

We can only offer a refund to the original purchaser, if you would like to request one please fill in the contact form with your reasons of return.

We will get back to you then and send you a confirmation if accepted, please only then send back the item(s) in their original packaging, and following an inspection of the returned good we will issue a refund within 3-5 days,

Unfortunately refunds of any postage and packaging costs involved will not be included. We’re also not responsible whilst the product is in transit, and recommend sending it back signed for.
